Katina Bodie has been working with individuals with developmental abilities for over 25 years, beginning at New Lisbon Developmental Center. In 1998, she joined Equal Partners Inc. as a Residential Specialist, and in 2011, she became the Agency’s President and CEO.

Throughout her career, Katina has been deeply committed to advocating for individuals and their families, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support. Her dedication extends beyond professional responsibilities; she actively seeks to empower those with special needs, championing their rights and fostering an inclusive environment where they can thrive. Katina believes in the importance of individualized care, understanding that each person’s unique strengths and challenges deserve tailored approaches. Her passion drives her to create opportunities for growth, independence, and dignity for all individuals she serves.
